Job Description:
Due to an expanding client base and increasing workload we are seeking a qualified Rural Surveyor to join our Rural Professional Team. The position offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate and comes with a varied workload including but not limited to the following:
- Red Book Valuations for Capital Taxation, Lending Institutions and Expert Witness cases.
- Compulsory Purchase Compensation including road schemes, statutory undertakers and local authorities
- Development Options and Promotion Agreements
- Sale and purchase of Rural Properties
- Landlord and Tenant matters under the 1986 Agricultural Holdings Act and the 1995 Agricultural Tenancies Act
- Farm Business Tenancy Agreements and Seasonal Grazing and Mowing Licences
- Environmental Schemes
- Renewables
Applicant Requirements:
- RICS / FAAV Qualified with at least three years post qualification experience
- Registered Valuer
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good IT and Communication Skills
