Job Description:

Due to an expanding client base and increasing workload we are seeking a qualified Rural Surveyor to join our Rural Professional Team. The position offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate and comes with a varied workload including but not limited to the following:

  • Red Book Valuations for Capital Taxation, Lending Institutions and Expert Witness cases.
  • Compulsory Purchase Compensation including road schemes, statutory undertakers and local authorities
  • Development Options and Promotion Agreements
  • Sale and purchase of Rural Properties
  • Landlord and Tenant matters under the 1986 Agricultural Holdings Act and the 1995 Agricultural Tenancies Act
  • Farm Business Tenancy Agreements and Seasonal Grazing and Mowing Licences
  • Environmental Schemes
  • Renewables

Applicant Requirements:

  • RICS / FAAV Qualified with at least three years post qualification experience
  • Registered Valuer
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Good IT and Communication Skills
