Park House Stables - Hampshire - Property and Estate Manager

Job Description:

The Role:

A full time estate management role based at Park House Stables to oversee and manage all property matters, staff, including the stables, surrounding gallops, farmland and woodland.

You will be responsible for the management of Park House Stables and report back to the Directors of the business on a weekly basis.

The Person:

Qualified MRICS and ideally have at least 3 years post qualifications with experience of managing multiple properties and staff.

A ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

Excellent communication skills are required to liaise between the present management team and staff.

A very high standard of property presentation is required.

An interest in racing will be useful.

The Package:

Includes 3 bed cottages, and salary is dependant on experience.
