Job Description:

Due to considerable demand for our rural professional services and the rapid growth of the department, Halls is looking for a number of motivated and enthusiastic Chartered Surveyors to join our Rural Professional team. The roles available are varied, with opportunities for both recently qualified and experienced senior surveyors. These are long term positions managing a diverse workload, with considerable opportunity for career progression.

What you will do

• Undertake work in a wide range of areas including land management, valuation, property agency and environmental grant schemes
• Provide advice on property management, sales and purchases
• Develop and maintain relationships with rural property owners and farmers
• Negotiate with clients, buyers and sellers
• Provide support to other members of the Rural Professional team, as require

What you bring

• MRICS/AssocRICS Qualified/RICS Registered Valuer
• Fellowship of the CAAV (preferable but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of the Rural Professional sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good organisational skills, team player mentality and a can-do attitude
• Confidence and motivation to source new clients, identify new business opportunities and see instructions through from start to finish
• Have a full UK driving licence and use of own car
