Bateman Hosegood Ltd are seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to head up an exciting new office in South Molton. We have a loyal and varied client base, and the need is for someone experienced to oversee the establishment of the new office and the expanding team.

We are an extremely flexible employer and therefore we would welcome applications from individuals looking for full or part time employment.

The work currently undertaken by the team includes but is not limited to:

• Rural Planning and Development Opportunities
• Estate Management
• Compensation Claims, Utilities and Telecoms
• ELMS
• Valuations
• Landlord and Tenant
• General Professional Advice for Rural Clients

The position will present an opportunity for an individual to be a leading team member within an existing successful rural practice, with further opportunities including equity in the future for the right candidate.

Essential Skills

• FAAV qualified
• RICS qualified.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ambition and good work ethic.
